UK-based insight consultancy Bryter has appointed Claire Jackson as Insight Director, Conor Lawson-Smith and Farzana Chowdhury as Senior Analysts, and Tyler Kerr as a Junior Analyst. The firm has also promoted Vicky Davies, Danielle Pearce and Georgina James.Established in 2010, Bryter works with clients in more than 50 countries in the healthcare, technology and gaming sectors among B2B, consumer and healthcare respondents.
With the exception of Kerr who will work with consumer clients, all six appointments are in the healthcare team. Davies, who joined the business in 2023, is promoted to Senior Insight Director, and Pearce (née Patterson) to Insight Director after nearly six years at Bryter. James, who originally joined Bryter via its graduate programme in 2018, rejoined the company last summer after a stint client-side with EMIS, and now takes the role of Senior Insight Consultant.
Jackson brings twenty years of experience in MR, including wide-ranging qual and quant health and pharma experience. She joins following a short-term contract at Genactis, before which she held senior roles at 7i and Adelphi.
Lawson-Smith joins after three and a half years in the health team at Hall & Partners; and Chowdhury from boutique agency Mackman Research, where she has worked since completing a PhD in Immunology. Kerr has been working as an intern and now joins on a permanent basis.
Director Laurence Olding says the promotions are 'richly deserved', and comments: 'Claire and Farzana will further add to our ability to continue delivering the standard of work required, showcasing insight acumen and the in-depth scientific know-how to deliver complex pharma projects, and while new to the industry Tyler has already shown himself to be keen and very capable'.
