UK research agency MM-Eye has promoted four members of staff - Hayley Kingston, Julia Fellow, Katie Brown and Vitalija Narstyte - to serve as Leads, equivalent to Associate Director level.MM-Eye was formed in 2008 fifteen years ago and was sold by its German owner to the hps group in 2016. It was then acquired by its management team of Damien Field, Alison Phillips and Deborah Fitzpatrick in 2020, and two years ago it became employee-owned. The firm says the latest promotions reflect its commitment to nurturing talent in this new structure.
Kingston is now Project Management Lead; Fellows Data Innovation Lead; Brown Business Process Lead; and Narstyte Data Management Lead. Brown joined the business in 2023 after a long spell as a Credit Control Supervisor at Reed Specialist Recruitment; the other three promotees have all worked at MM-Eye for more than five years.
MD Damien Field comments: 'These promotions embody everything MM-Eye values as an employee-owned business. Hayley, Julia, Katie and Vita have each demonstrated outstanding dedication and leadership. It's incredibly rewarding to see colleagues flourish, knowing that nurturing talent supports individual growth and strengthens the future of MM-Eye as a whole. Congratulations to all, MM-Eye is excited about their continued success'.
