Property data and analytics firm CoreLogic has rebranded as Cotality, reflecting its 'transformation into an information services provider'.The company, originally a provider of financial services for the mortgage industry, now tracks billions of real-time data signals across the life cycle of a property to provide intelligence services for professionals across home lending, insurance, real estate and government worldwide. It has operations in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, India and Germany.
The rebrand includes a new logo and brand identity which the company says reflect its creation of 'a faster, smarter and more people-centric property industry'. The new name combines a 'deep commitment to collaboration and connectivity, both internally and externally, while honoring its CoreLogic roots': and also the totality of its comprehensive data and insights 'across the entire property ecosystem and beyond'. A new tagline, Intelligence beyond bounds, is also launched, and aims to embody the firm's 'seamless integration of data, technology, artificial intelligence, insights and people'.
President and CEO Patrick Dodd comments: 'This rebrand reflects innovation, evolution, and commitment to uniting property professionals - strengthening businesses, fostering relationships, and powering outcomes that balance logic and data with humanity and emotion'. Kristie Vainikos Stegen, Chief Brand and Communications Officer, adds: 'This isn't just about a new look; it's about harnessing the power of data and technology and empowering people - internally and externally - to drive meaningful change globally'.
A new web site is due to launch on 31st March, according to a report on www.mumbrella.com.au - but as of 25th March www.cotality.com diverts to www.corelogic.com .
