In California, SurveyMonkey has announced an upgrade giving customers new ways to automate customized email surveys with Salesforce.The SurveyMonkey Salesforce integration is currently available for the DIY online survey pioneer's CX and Enterprise customers on the Salesforce AppExchange. Users will be able to 'easily' create and send personalized email surveys and automatically generate outbound messages within the integration and without deep technical expertise; to analyse and target email campaigns, and automate follow-up; and to improve appearance with html formatting, while hyper-personalizing using existing customer information in Salesforce.
SurveyMonkey says the integration allows users to build a 360-degree view of the customer by monitoring key customer experience metrics like CSAT, NPS and CES (customer effort score), alongside Salesforce data.
